Region and form of service provision
- The service is provided remotely in electronic form — the Customer receives a text Decoding Result via a unique link.
- The fulfillment period is up to 5 minutes from the moment payment is received under standard load.
- The region of provision is the Russian Federation. The service is intended for residents of the Russian Federation.
- No physical delivery of goods is carried out: the service is digital and does not involve the shipment of any tangible medium.
- There are no export restrictions; the result is accessible from anywhere in the world provided there is an internet connection, however payments are accepted only in Russian rubles through Russian acquiring.
Payment methods
Payments are accepted through the certified payment service Tinkoff Kassa (JSC "TBank"). All transactions are protected by the 3-D Secure protocol and the PCI DSS standard. Bank card details are neither transmitted to nor stored on the Contractor's servers.
- Bank cards Visa, Mastercard, MIR, JCB, UnionPay (accepted through Tinkoff Kassa).
- T-Pay — one-click biometric payment for customers of JSC "TBank".
- Faster Payments System (SBP) — payment by QR code through the app of any Russian bank.
The full cost of the service is indicated on the order checkout page before payment confirmation. No additional fees are charged to the Customer.
Information security
The transmission of any data between the user's browser and the Contractor's servers is carried out over the secure HTTPS/TLS protocol. Payment data is processed within the infrastructure of JSC "TBank", certified under the PCI DSS standard. For more details, see the Information Security page.
