Terms of Use — LabReadAI
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Bormotkin Ivan Vasilyevich (the "Operator") and the user of the LabReadAI service at labreadai.com. The service is operated under the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation; the legally binding version of this document is the Russian one at labreadai.com/terms.
1. Service description
LabReadAI is an informational online service that automatically processes and interprets medical documents (laboratory results and medical images) using artificial intelligence. The service does not provide medical care, is not a medical organisation, and is not subject to medical licensing.
2. Informational nature of the service
- The service does not provide medical care.
- The service is not telemedicine — no medical professional participates in the interpretation.
- The service does not diagnose, prescribe, or issue medical recommendations.
- Results are informational and intended for self-study.
- All medical decisions must be made only after an in-person consultation with a doctor.
3. Medical disclaimer
The Operator does not guarantee absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of results. Use of the information for self-diagnosis, self-treatment, declining medical care, or any other medical decision is at the user's own risk. The Operator is not liable for direct or indirect harm to health resulting from use or inability to use the service.
4. User responsibility
- The user confirms they are the subject of the uploaded data or have lawful grounds to process it.
- The user must not upload third-party data without consent.
- The user must not use the service for unlawful purposes, to circumvent technical limits, or to harm the infrastructure.
- The user is responsible for evaluating the applicability of the result and must consult a doctor before any medical decision.
5. Age requirement
Use of the service is permitted for persons aged 18 or older. Users under 18 may use the service only under the supervision and consent of a legal guardian.
6. Intellectual property
All elements of the service (code, design, texts, the LabReadAI trademark, logo, databases) are the exclusive property of the Operator. Any copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited. The interpretation result may be used freely for personal non-commercial purposes.
7. Paid services
Certain features of the service may be provided for a fee. Conditions of paid services, payment, and refunds are governed by the Public Offer and the Refund Policy. Payments are accepted via AO Tinkoff Bank (Tinkoff Kassa).
8. Limitation of liability
- The service is provided "as is" with no warranty of uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- The Operator is not liable for harm resulting from medical or other decisions made on the basis of the service's information.
- The Operator is not liable for the actions of third parties, including payment providers, telecom operators, and AI providers.
- The Operator's aggregate liability for any claim related to use of the service is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to the Terms
The Operator may amend these Terms. The current version is always available at labreadai.com/terms. Material changes are published at least 7 days in advance.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and the relations between the parties are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes not resolved by negotiation are subject to the courts at the Operator's location, except for consumer disputes governed by the Russian Consumer Protection Law.
