Terms of Use

1. Description of the Service

LabReadAI is an informational online service for the automated processing and decoding of medical documents (laboratory test results and medical images) using artificial intelligence algorithms. The Service does not provide medical services, is not a medical organization, and is not subject to licensing under Federal Law No. 99-FZ of May 4, 2011, "On Licensing of Certain Types of Activities".

2. Informational Nature of the Service

• The Service does not provide medical care and does not constitute medical activity within the meaning of Federal Law No. 323-FZ.
• The Service is not a telemedicine system — no medical professional participates in the decoding process.
• The Service does not issue diagnoses, prescribe treatment, write prescriptions, or provide medical recommendations.
• The results provided by the Service are of an informational and reference nature and are intended for the user's independent review.
• All medical decisions must be made solely after an in-person consultation with a physician.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The Operator does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or relevance of the results generated by the Service. The use of information from the Service for self-diagnosis, self-treatment, refusal to seek medical attention, or the making of other medical decisions is undertaken by the user at their own risk. The Operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect harm to health arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Service.

4. User Responsibilities

• The user confirms that they are the subject of the uploaded data or have lawful grounds to process it.
• The user undertakes not to upload the data of third parties without their consent.
• The user undertakes not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to circumvent technical restrictions, to attack the infrastructure, or to disrupt the operation of the Service.
• The user independently assesses the applicability of the results and undertakes to consult a physician before making any medical decisions.

5. Age Restrictions

Use of the Service is permitted for persons who have reached 18 years of age. If a user has not reached the age of 18, the Service may be used only under the supervision and with the consent of a legal representative (parent or guardian).

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Service (software code, design, texts, the LabReadAI trademark, logo, and databases) are the subject of the Operator's exclusive rights. Any copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use without the Operator's written consent is prohibited. The decoding result obtained by the user may be used freely by them for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Paid Services

Certain features of the Service may be provided on a paid basis. The terms for the provision of paid services, the payment procedure, and the refund procedure are defined by the Public Offer and the Refund Policy. Payments are accepted through the certified processing company JSC "Tinkoff Bank" (Tinkoff Kassa).

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Operator provides the Service "as is" and does not guarantee its uninterrupted operation, the absence of errors, or its conformity with the expectations of any particular user.
• The Operator shall not be liable for any harm arising from the user's making of medical or other decisions based on information from the Service.
• The Operator shall not be liable for the actions of third parties, including payment providers, telecommunications operators, and AI model providers.
• The Operator's aggregate liability for any claims related to the use of the Service is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the specific service in connection with which the claim arose.

9. Changes to the Terms

The Operator has the right to amend these Terms. The current version is always available at labreadai.com/terms. Material changes are published no less than 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes consent to the new version.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and the relationship of the parties are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. All disputes not resolved through negotiation are subject to resolution in court at the location of the Operator, except for disputes with consumers, to which the provisions of the Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" apply.
