Public Offer — LabReadAI

1. Acceptance

Full and unconditional acceptance of this offer is the Customer's payment for the service in accordance with section 4 below. Upon receipt of payment by the Provider, the contract is deemed concluded on the terms of this offer.

2. Definitions

• Service — the LabReadAI information service at labreadai.com.
• Order — a single Customer request for the service, placed by uploading a file and paying.
• Result — the textual report generated by the Service from the Customer's file.
• Payment provider — AO Tinkoff Bank (Tinkoff Kassa) processing payments on the Provider's behalf.

3. Subject

The Provider undertakes, upon the Customer's order, to perform automatic processing of the uploaded file and to deliver the Result; the Customer undertakes to pay for the service in the amount and manner set out in this offer.

The service is informational and is not a medical service. The Provider is not a medical organisation. The Result is not a diagnosis, medical opinion, or treatment plan. Use of the Result for medical decisions without consulting a doctor is not permitted.

4. Price and payment

• The price is shown on the order page in the Service and may be changed by the Provider at any time. The price effective at the moment of payment is final for the specific Order.
• Payment is made in Russian rubles (RUB) by bank card or other method supported by the Payment provider.
• The Provider does not receive or store the Customer's bank card details. The payment operation occurs on the Payment provider's side under PCI DSS.
• The moment of payment is the moment of confirmation of a successful transaction by the Payment provider.
• The Provider applies the simplified taxation system (USN); VAT invoices are not issued.

5. Delivery and form of service

• The service is provided remotely in electronic form (digital product). No physical goods are shipped.
• Service region — the Russian Federation. The service is targeted at residents of the Russian Federation; payments are accepted in Russian rubles via Russian acquiring.
• Upon payment confirmation, the Provider begins automatic processing of the uploaded file.
• Delivery time — up to 5 minutes from payment under standard load. The time may be longer during maintenance or peak load.
• The service is deemed rendered at the moment the Result is generated and made available via a unique link (digital delivery).
• The Result is available via the unique link for 7 days from completion and is automatically deleted afterwards. The Customer is responsible for saving the Result if long-term storage is required.
• The Provider does not issue acceptance acts. The Customer is deemed to have accepted the service upon receiving the Result.

6. Rights and obligations

The Provider undertakes:

• To enable technical delivery of the service in accordance with this offer.
• To ensure confidentiality of the Customer's data per the Privacy Policy.
• To delete the uploaded file immediately after processing.
• To respond to Customer requests at info@labreadai.com within 10 working days.

The Provider may unilaterally change pricing, functionality, and conditions of the service by publishing a new offer. The Provider may refuse the service in case of suspected abuse, with refund of any received funds.

The Customer undertakes:

• To review this offer, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy before payment.
• To upload only documents the Customer has lawful grounds to process and submit.
• Not to use the service for unlawful purposes or to harm the Provider's infrastructure.
• To independently assess the applicability of the Result and to consult a doctor before any medical decision.

7. Refunds

Refund conditions are set out in the Refund Policy, which is an integral part of this offer. By placing an Order, the Customer confirms acceptance of the Refund Policy: Refund Policy.

8. Liability

• The parties are liable under applicable Russian law and this offer.
• The Provider is not liable for harm to health or other adverse consequences from use or inability to use the Result for medical decisions.
• The Provider is not liable for failures of the Payment provider, telecom operators, AI providers, or other third parties.
• The Provider's aggregate liability for any claim related to a specific Order is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for that Order.

9. Force majeure

The parties are not liable for non-performance caused by force majeure (natural disasters, hostilities, government acts, mass internet outages, material changes in the operation of payment processors and AI providers), provided written notice is given to the other party within a reasonable time.

10. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved by negotiation. Failing agreement, disputes are referred to the courts of the Russian Federation. Governing law — Russian Federation.

11. Miscellaneous

• This offer takes effect upon publication at labreadai.com/offer and remains in force until withdrawn or replaced.
• The Provider may unilaterally amend this offer. Changes take effect upon publication but do not apply to Orders paid before publication.
• If a court finds any provision invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
• Inaction by the Provider in case of breach by the Customer does not waive the Provider's right to assert claims later.
